Florida Oral Surgeon Reaches Deal with State and Will Continue to Practice

A Pensacola, Florida, oral surgeon, Dr. David “Ty” Turbyfill, has reached a settlement agreement with the Florida Department of Health over alleged accusations of sexual misconduct with three sedated teenage patients.
